On the old Great North Road, at the very heart of the picturesque village of long Bennington you will find The Reindeer Inn, a real, loved and historic country pub.
The Reindeer has long been a local’s favourite and appears in Kelly’s Directory of Lincolnshire (1919) listed under landlord William Swanwick. This confirms the pub was already an established part of village life over a century ago.
Following a significant investment and refurbishment to establish a “country pub feel,” redesigning the interior, and creating a delightful landscaped garden area, The Reindeer has florished into the perfect place to dine, socialise, have fun and relax.
